Our Gym Manager is a highly motivated individual with 20 years’ experience as a Fitness instructor. Sean always strives to achieve the highest standards at all times, combining individual exercise sessions with comprehensive nutritional counselling to help you to achieve your personal goals. He enjoys inspiring others using methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. He is also a master in Kickboxing.
