Our Gym Manager is a highly motivated individual with 20 years’ experience as a Fitness instructor. Sean always strives to achieve the highest standards at all times, combining individual exercise sessions with comprehensive nutritional counselling to help you to achieve your personal goals. He enjoys inspiring others using methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. He is also a master in Kickboxing.
Located on second floor of the main Club building and across the glass bridge into the wellness centre, the Gym consists of 3 complimentary workout spaces: the Cardio the Free-weight room and the Studio. The work out rooms have been fully-equipped with the latest, intelligent fitness equipment and machines, and along with the bright and airy Studio, have been finished to the highest standards, with the addition of full climate and music control. Personal Trainers and classes are available to book.
